The Webster Central School District uses a zero-based budget process to prepare its annual operating budget. A zero-based approach is applied to all staffing and school and department budget lines. District administrators presents the budget over several meetings held by the Board of Education. The Webster Central School District community is invited to attend these sessions. Meeting dates and times are provided below.
