Murder and Mayhem Brew Up in Schroeder Drama

Get ready for a caffeine-fueled caper! The Schroeder Theater Company is serving up a steaming hot dose of mystery and laughs with their upcoming production of The Café Mocha Murders!

Forget your average employee meeting – at The Bean Shack, things are about to get frothy... and fatal! When a raging storm knocks out the lights, it's not just the espresso machine that goes silent. Someone's gone and kicked the coffee grounds, leaving a whole lot of questions and a sprinkle of suspicion.

This wildly witty whodunit by Deanna Strasse is a delicious blend of latte art, caffeine cravings, and the ever-so-slight chance of, you know, death. Prepare for over-the-top characters, like Soma (Aspen R.), Ian (Evan B.) and Ivy (Reese H.), who take on plot twists that'll make your head spin faster than a barista on a Saturday morning, and enough intrigue to keep you buzzing long after the curtain falls.

Don't miss your shot to catch the drama! Performances will be pouring forth Thursday - Saturday, May 1 - 3, at 7:00 p.m. nightly, with a special afternoon blend on Saturday, May 3, at 2:00 p.m., all at Webster Schroeder High School, 875 Ridge Road, Webster. Tickets are $10. Snag your seats before they're all gone at the link below or at the door at the time of the performance.

The Café Mocha Murders is brewed up by special arrangement with The Dramatic Publishing Company of Woodstock, Illinois.
